Enom recently added SPF text tool in the last few weeks. I kept asking about an SPF tool starting about 3 months ago. Their tech support at first was unfamiliar with SPF and needed to get educated. They did and responded. At first they only offered text entry via their API command line, but now a very nice SPF tool built-in to their main DNS admin tools. We have about 600+ domains with them and very pleased with service, support, and reseller pricing for last 3 years.

Their DNS management is very straightforward, but you can't add text records through their interface, so no SPF. I guess there is some sort of command line method for doing it, but I haven't looked into that. When I selected Enom, I also considered GoDaddy, but they were just too much in-your-face. I also preferred Enom's innocuous DNS server names (name-services.com vs godaddy.com) -- no need to advertise GoDaddy to all my clients. In fact, this point allowed me to get rid of my private DNS servers.
