They will lose us as a customer once our current version (8.13) runs it's course for us, as like many, we are a small ISP in Richmond VA and cannot, and will not, afford the higher price tag. In this day and age, prices for technology are suppose to be going downward - not jumping leaps and bounds upward. If this was "long and coming" why the surprise announcement? Are they going to keep pace with Bill Gates and change their name to MS-IPSwitch also? Sincerely, ------------ Randy Armbrecht Global Web Solutions®, Inc.
