For email, email alias, web server, ssl web, ftp(not anonymous), NAT, internet proxy, network fax, ect. Since it only allows a single domain it wouldn't be useful for you ISP guys, but for a small business it might be fine. It also comes with antispam and webmail. They have an unlimited user standard version for $699.95 and an antivirus(BitDefender) version for $1299.95 with unlimited users and EDU/non-profit discounts on top of that. I have been using the free 5-user version at home for some time now. If you want to see how it's webmail runs on an underpowered Win XP SP2 pc, dsl connection, goto http://traylor.homeip.net/mail and login as testuser with pword testuser. Support consists of included email support and $59 per-incident phone support according to their website. They also have a forum. Runs on Windows only, including Server 2003.
