We've got about 100 emails just sitting in the spool folder and they don't show up as being in the spool directory according to web mail. We've looked at some of them and they look legit. How do we get them sent?
What files are you seeing? Just D*.SMD? If so, they are double-bounces (search the list for "double-bounce" for details).
If they have associated Q*.SMD files, then IMail will re-try them.
