I've seen both Deerfield VisNetic and Kerio email server being mentioned in
here. From what I read somewhere I think MDeamon used to belong to
Deerfield, or something like that.

Each one of those products looks like they are worth considering if we are
forced to go there. Heck, I still haven't ruled out free NIX offering which
seem to do it all, some even groupware for Outlook and other like Lotus
Notes etc.
