Been talking to SmarterTools today and have had more and better responses in
the last 4 hours than I've had with Ipswitch in the last 6 months. Thus far
they have also been very open to the idea of 'adjusting' their normal
policies to accommodate our needs. Call me silly, but I seem to find we get
more customers when we treat people better and are flexible.
