I'm using their ticket system and it really impresses me ... especially for
the price.
I currently use Kayako, which is PHP-based and incredibly feature-laden. I would like to use SmarterTicket down the road, but it is currently missing some functionality I need. SmarterTools told me that SmarterTicket 2.0 is now in development and should compare favorably with Kayako. I'm looking forward to that!
