Sounds good, but if you step up to the next level to 99+% spam blocking you will get some false positives. When we first installed Declude we were happy with the 80% blocking out of the box, but since then anything below 97% is unacceptable to us and many of our users that would normally receive a lot of spam.
With 99% blocking, it's quite common to have as much as 1% false positives, though some have tweaked down to the 0.1% or lower range. My clients' experiences are similar (79-91% spam). And maintenance is as close to nil as can be. I now can spend my time on other issues. Manually fighting spam is a bear, as you know. So until there's a new Internet standard in place that fights spam better..
