%30 is fair enough for both, have to agree there. However now that it's a
case by case basis as to if and how much, percentage is pretty hard to
determine :)

20% has been used by many as a general guideline for product upgrades, and
30% is widely accepted for combined product upgrades and support.

All our current products' support is 15% of current price per year. I've
always thought that was fair. I believe IMail was around a grand, but it's
hard to check<g> now.
