That would have been my preferred solution also, but the old domain is being transferred away from us at some point. Also, the user leaves mail on the server while she is traveling and uses webmail. Will I 'break' anything if I move the files from the old user directory to the new (replace all new files with old files)? Thanks, Daniel. > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:IMail_Forum- > [EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Matrosity Tech Support > Sent: Tuesday, November 09, 2004 1:58 PM > To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Subject: RE: [IMail Forum] User wants to change e-mail domain on same > host. > > You could create an alias for the domain and you don't need to do anything > with the user accounts which would be even easier. > > Bill Foresman > Matrosity Hosting > www.matrosityhosting.com > Office: 850-656-2644 > > > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Daniel Armstrong > Sent: Tuesday, November 09, 2004 3:40 PM > To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Subject: [IMail Forum] User wants to change e-mail domain on same host. > > > Hi, > > We have a user who wants to change to a different domain and we host both > domains on mail server.
