An RWD was once an FWD file.  This file was renamed because the queue manager was shut down or stopped during processing of that file.  You should look in your logs and see if you find any messages such as "ERR 005".  If so, look at the ID and see if it was processing that message.  If you do have this type of error you should get in touch with tech support and give them the log and the Q and D file causing this problem.   Thanks, Tripp   ----- Original Message ----- From: Mike Hughes To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Wednesday, November 10, 2004 2:03 PM Subject: [IMail Forum] Same email keeps downloading I have a user who is downloading the same message over and over again and it will not stop.  I found the email in the Queue and it has a .RWD file extension.  Can anyone tell me what a RWD file is and has anyone happen to see this before?  Please let me know.  Thank you all.
