1) If you are running IMail < v8.x, you need to configure the SMTP service
to run as a user instead of the default 'system'.
2) If you are running IMail 8.0or above, you need to run the Queue Manager
as a user instaed of the default 'system'
3) The program will run with all the rights/permissions of the user that the
service is running as.
