Somehow I just recently realized that the default templates in Imail 8.0x are not the default templates in Imail 8.1x. The 8.0x versions I thought were very nice looking without modification. THe version with 8.1x doesn't look nearly as 'refined.'
Anybody know the reason for Imail switching to the templates that they have now for 8.1x and not updating the ones that they used to ship with 8.0? Seems like a step backwards to me. I had continued to use the 8.0x templates until our customers started informing me that they were unable to manage the various antispam areas within the templates such as URL Domains, the Phrase list, etc. I then went and installed the latest shipped for imail 8.1x and my customers could manage their antispam settings without a problem. Just seems to me that they should have modified the 8.0x templates to work with 8.1x rather than switch back to such a plain set of templates that look so dull and featureless. Am I missing something here? Is there possibly an updated set of templates like the ones that came with 8.0x that work with 8.1x?
