Many of the people here use Declude,  and another choice is MXGuard, which I
hear also good things about. However I intend to start using IMGate which is
a separate email gateway that doesn't care what email server is behind it.
Those that use MXGate seem to be very happy with it and it's almost like
having a high dollar spam hardware appliance to filter for you. Best of all
it's free and doesn't require a heavy duty machine to run it on or a lot of
maintenance.

Currently I am using what's available within Imail and inventing a lot of
time manually blocking dedicated spammers static IP's whenever I find them.
This helps, but is nowhere near efficient and it really time consuming.

No matter which one you select, there are advantages and disadvantages, but
it looks like they
