I had setup "Tracker" accounts on my domain, but this thread about a "Nobody"
alias has me wondering if this is a bad idea.

I created a [EMAIL PROTECTED] account and then forwarded everything from [EMAIL
PROTECTED] to that account.

Then I setup Processing Filter/Rules on the [EMAIL PROTECTED] account. If email
comes into a "valid" Tracker account, forward it to the real user's account.

EXAMPLES:
Amazon - [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Barnes & Noble - [EMAIL PROTECTED]
BestBuy - [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Circuit City - [EMAIL PROTECTED]
CompUSA - [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Netflix - [EMAIL PROTECTED]

And so on. You get the idea.

Now, if an inbound email comes into the [EMAIL PROTECTED] account, ending in
[EMAIL PROTECTED], it is automatically forwarded to the "real" account.

Down the road, if the real account starts getting a lot of spam at [EMAIL
PROTECTED], I can just go into the FILTERS option for the real email account
and create a new rule that will "delete all incoming email addressed to [EMAIL
PROTECTED]".

I am just manually deleting all messages in the [EMAIL PROTECTED] account every
few days. I know there is a way I can automate this, and I will. But, to me,
this "Tracker" capability has been great. Perhaps I have been naieve, though.

Your help and thoughts, please.
