Yes, and then you periodically schedule it to refresh the alias list.

Yes,  since  only  valid Exchange users will have mail accepted by the
MX.

The  alias target domain is an internal routing domain that (a) is not
local  to  IMail, (b) IMail knows how to send to via HOSTS or DNS, and
(c)  Exchange  will accept mail for. This can be a new domain that you
add  via  Exchange Recipient Policy (one-time add that cascades to all
users),  or  the  kludgy  but  workable  [EMAIL PROTECTED],  where
1.2.3.4 is the IP address of the Exchange box.
