The Kiwi-Syslog-Daemon for windows... as good as the syslog service from Linux :o)
www.kiwisyslog.com Its free in the "light" version which does logging and a real time view of the logfiles.... It runs as a service and helps you to move the logfiles out of the imail directory... And even the paid version is worth to consider: Filters, automatic Log zipping and Archive purging, Alerts...
