1) As already suggested check with RR to see if in his area they are
blocking 25 adn 110. If so I think this would be the first time RR as bee
reported to block 110.

2) Is he running NAV 2004. Have him run live update manually and install the
patches. I have had a few customers complain and then we tracked it down to
a bug in NAV2004 with is documented on Symantecs web site. Had to do with a
patch they sent out or something. One customer had to do a full removal of
NAV complete with manuall deleting the leftovers and reinstall to get t back
and running.

3) Are they running a personal firewall that could be blocking 25 abd 110??
