The thing that I forgot to add is that, we don't know the users account. We'll get lots of emails saying: "Please remove me from your list" but they aren't on a list, they are in a users forwarding address. And, as it usually happens, it's not the user who wants off, it's the parent of the user (this is a high school setting).
