[IMail Forum] Orphaned files in spool directory

Since a few months, IMail keeps orphaning mails in the spool directory and sending mails to the postmaster: "Delivery Failure - Orphaned files in spool directory" This means that mails are dropped without the user being notified, involving the postmaster to take corrective actions. I followed KB http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-20040920-DM01.htm and got Ipswitch's answer that is is a known problem. So far, there is no fix. Who else has this problem? Today, I updated from 8.14HF1 to 8.15. I think it is definitely time to think over my loyality with this product... Marius
