I have log files called "conMMDD.log" that are showing up in my Imail\Spool
folder. I'm not sure where these are coming from and I cannot find anywhere
that tells to send this log file to the Spool folder.

Those are from our Declude Confirm product.

I'm assuming these
log files are generated by people subscribing to lists. There are 2 types
of entries in there:

02/01/2005 09:32:20 Qaf11040701b602f5 Handling a subscribe request from
(email address)
&
02/01/2005 10:55:13 Qc27f3e810286e97f Handling confirm request
af11040701b602f5534d44) from(e-mail address)

Is there any way to tell which lists or domains these are for? We have 15
domains we host, and some of them do have newsletter lists they run.

Unfortunately, Declude Confirm doesn't check to see what lists they are for. However, if you look at the IMail SMTP log file (searching for the Q file name minus first character and extension, or "c27f3e810286e97f" in this case) you should be able to find what list it was for.
