Hi Chris,

Is there a tool or command that I can use to create the list ?

dir nn:\Imail\Users *.in >nn:\MyLstOfUsers.txt /s

(where nn is the name of the drive)

Hi,

How do I create a list of active users ? In other words, those users that have not been accessing their mailbox for a certain period like 1 month or so should not be in the list.

TQ..

If you use an external db, there is a field LASTLOGIN.
Otherwise, in the users folder there is a file called lastlog.in the modified date will tell you what you want.
