Jon,

Yes, Imail can filter mail for store and forward domains.  It defaults to
using the primary host names spam filtering options.

If your looking for a solution that can provide you various spam filtering
levels that are different and independent for each store and forward domain
you need to look to a solution like Declude Junkmail
(http://www.declude.com).
