Postmaster messages should always be sent back to the return address listed in
the MAIL FROM command from the SMTP envelope.
There's nothing that says this address MUST be the same as the 'From' header
field.
Message-Id: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

So, setup your 'From' header to be whatever you want and then put the address
to which you want the bounces sent in the MAIL FROM
command.

Have a good one,
Christian

Subject: [IMail Forum] "Reply to" problem

Does anyone know of a way to have postmaster messages from bouncebacks and such
sent to the address in the "reply-to" field of the
original message instead of the address in the "From" field? I need to try and
make this work for a web application that we're
developing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
