I set-up the actual domain name in the new box.  So the domain exists on
2 boxes.  The second box is a "virtual/ip-less domain".

didn't do this at all...

instead of this, i set each account to forward 
to:[EMAIL PROTECTED]@ip.number.ofnew.box

Users can log into new box with ip# until dns changes take effect.

It SEEMS to be working so far...
