[IMail Forum] Reverse DNS lookup??

We are running iMail V7.15 and we have been experiencing a problem with recipients of our emails getting multiple copies of the same email.  Anywhere between 5 and 20 copies.  Sometimes, after they get these multiple copies, we will get a bounce back message from iMail indicating that the email was “undeliverable” after 20 attempts.  Any idea what is going on here and how to correct?   Kevin
