I thought it was just me....and just something the users were doing.....but
we've had this happen as well for a few users.

A couple of them use IMAP, and they will come in on a Monday morning and
some of the emails are already marked as read, even though no one has looked
at them.

I'd be interested to know if anyone else has seen this and/or resolved it.

Thanks.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Webmail read status

Hello List
I am using ASSP to filter spam. I forward all spam to a central mailbox so
that I can check the validity.
When I open the mailbox using webmail, several (sometimes up to 50%) of the
mails are showing as read (open envelope icon).
I changed the password to eliminate the possibility of a colleague reading
the mails. Still the messages are marked as read. Does anyone know what
could be causing this behaviour?

Thanks - Chris
