Found this on another forum.  Put it in place as subject/body filter and
seems to be catching the bounces we are seeing.

We have seen these also, but we are using the Barracuda and they are
sending them directly to the mail server.  Therefore bypassing our
filters.  We are working on fixing this internally.  Might reenable
Declude to catch some of these.

Is anyone else having trouble filtering the German Spam messages? Any
solution. The Imail statistical filter started to catch some but many
are getting through. Any suggestions?
