That's it, yep.  And, I just instituted it early this am, and all seems to 
be going smoothly.

| Right... so with that SPF record, all mail sent from the mail servers
| specified in your MX records will pass SPF, and all other mail servers 
will
| hard fail.  That's exactly what we do as a means of blocking spam that
| forges our domain or a customer domain when sending to us or a customer.
| For example, a spam forges [EMAIL PROTECTED] when sending to
| [EMAIL PROTECTED]  Since it wouldn't have come though the mail servers
| specified for example.com it would fail SPF and not go through to
| [EMAIL PROTECTED]
