Duplicate email with netscape/pop

I was wondering if anyone on the list has seen this behavior before. Some of my users who use Netscape to read mail will occasionally see a set of duplicate messages of previously received messages arrive in their inbox. I think this MAY be tied to the use of POP3 and the "Save messages on server" setting.

Any help would be appreciated.
