Equivalent of SASL Proxy auth in Critical Path and Lotus servers

I am looking for IMAP dialog for proxy auth equivalents with Critical 
Path and Lotus IMAP servers. Is there any body who knows this by heart 
or knows a documentation that explains that in detail?
