*JOB DESCRIPTION:*
** Duties will include, but are not limited to:
A. Managing the Performance Testing of a complex Internet application.
B. Performance Test scripting.
C. Preparation of complex testing and performance test reporting
documentation.
D. Development of comprehensive system and performance test plans.
E. Other duties as assigned.
Manage, develop and execute complex performance testing work on assigned
Project Management Office (PMO) projects. Use standardized project
management methodologies, tools, and techniques to address project needs.
Tailor templates for project use. Conduct test sessions with customers and
technical staff to define performance test approach and planning,
performance test scripting, and the reporting of performance test results.
Prepare complex business documentation. Communicate effectively with users
to determine performance test requirements for new processes and
applications or modifications to existing processes and applications.
Prepare and update complex performance test results documentation.
Coordinate test activities and execute test scripts to ensure changes to
existing programs or new programs meet performance requirements and work as
designed. Review documentation and performs quality assurance activities to
ensure compliance with program documentation and procedural standards for
the assigned project. Assist in the diagnosis of problems associated with
the performance of automated applications and recommends improvements to
system performance and/or accuracy; this may include training,
presentations, or system demonstrations. Preferred: Experience inDB2, J2EE,
SQL, and jMeter.
