*Description: *Translate the Business requirements and Functional
Requirements into Application architecture and Detail design artifacts for
Blaze business rules foundation. Create solution design and generate program
specifications using Business Rules, SOA and Java design patterns. Should be
familiar with Rule flows, Rule templates, and decision tables. Required to
program in Blaze, Java and UML
Resource will be part of the predictive modeling team that will be
responsible for the development of the scoring and rules engine and data
services interfaces (i.e. D&B, 3rd party vendors) for the Accenture client
specialty line of business
