REQ#1: Position: Project Manager Location: Owings Mills, MD Duration: 8 months plus with possibility of contract-to-hire Description: * Responsible for assisting Project Sponsors in defining project scope, guidelines, and coordination of resources to execute project. * In addition, the PMO Liason will assist the project teams in communicating deliverables/milestone, and will direct staff internally and/or externally to * ensure on-time, on-budget, and in spec delivery of product/project. * The candidate will have experience in designing and implementing Program Management Offices focused on Technical projects, creating and implementing SDLC processes, understand and have consulted with projects to operate and pass CMMI level III appraisals.
