I've re-opened http://bugs.horde.org/ticket/5717. It would be very  
helpful if you could post an example message (a full .eml dump) to it,  
and pinpoint which strtotime calls in the IMP codebase need the date  
munged before calling. Hopefully we can confine this to IMP_Headers or  
some such.
