Tapping on the smartmobile interface will cause the bottom menu to no-longer be sticky on the bottom of the screen (it is only accessible by scrolling to the bottom of the page). So not sure if that's the behavior the user is reporting.
Ah ok, thanks for the explanation, that sounds about right. Sadly the user is unavailable for testing right now, I'll report back if this was the issue sometime next week.
