Dear Daniel, I am not sure it is a connection problem as I am able to access other sites. Is there some filtering on the pages that excludes access from some IP addresses?
I just tried again before sending this message and still no luck. Interesting also is that I am unable to access the wiki page (http://wiki.openmrs.org/display/docs/Home) at this time.
