Thanks everyone for your input. We don't need anything fancy. We just want to 
be able to link the patient demographic details to the lab results (performed 
by MSF staff so quality assured): CD4, blood chemistry, Hb, viral load for each 
visit. It will also be handy to have info on missed appointments etc.
