I think you have captured something important -- you've split the
functions among System Administration, Metadata Management and Data Management.
Most users will be privileged to do one or at most two of these (and only
those functions which a user can run should be displayed). Most modules will
have functions in all three of these.
I think you should work on filling out the table more completely to
make sure the distinctions really work. The categories on the left side should
list core (it may be necessary to subdivide core) and each module, with each
module getting its own row (with perhaps several functions per cell), I'd drop
the ovals.
Saludos, Roger

Subject: [OPENMRS-IMPLEMENTERS] Admin Page Structure Set- Category Help Needed

Hi all,

So I've come to a final look and feel that I will build for the admin page.
Left side menu with Super categories (Privilege types in the image) and
expandable sub-categories. On the main part of the screen will be a divided
list of links and modules associated with the subcategory clicked.

Please take a look at the image I have attached. If anyone could give
suggestions for especially the super-types, that would be great. For now they
are privilege types but it was suggested that there could be more super-types
so I am asking for suggestions as to specific types I could use as super-types.

General comments are welcome as well of course.

Thanks,
Vlad
