Hi Andy, Haha sorry all that info was wrong! Our website crashed a few weeks ago so I didn't realize the links were broken. I have fixed them now, so the .pdf and .html are available on the website<http://ehealthnigeria.org/resources/openmrs/>. Also, i have made to google site<https://sites.google.com/a/ehealthnigeria.org/emr-system-for-prhi/>public, so that link should work now too. Please let me know if it doesn't.
