The user has write access to log files, OpenMRS was running before but then
I undeployed because I was getting errors when starting OpenMRS in that the
logic module couldn't start.

I removed openmrs.war + the openmrs folder in the webapps but openmrs didnt
start and the .war file wasnt expanded either.
