Dear OpenMRS implementers, I am a medical officer who is currently customizing OpenMRS for the Human Genetics Unit, University of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
I need to have a researcher role, who needs to add new concept. I created a new role, despite the face that I have added all the privileges, still the users with that role can not add new concept. Only when I select System Developer as the inherited role, the user can add new concept, but in that case, they get the privileges like adding new users as well.
