Hi Joseph, Saw your posts on the other threads. I'm afraid I'm no help with the SimpleLabEntry module but I noticed from your screenshots that you were using OpenMRS 1.8.2. Since you asked about the MDR-TB module, please do keep in mind that the MDR-TB module only works with OpenMRS version 1.6 at this time. So you won't be able to use it on the version you are currently using.
