Hi Titi, In Rwanda we are using a VCT module in OpenMRS. In the last OpenMRS Implementers meeting, it has been asked to share some of the modules we are using here and VCT is one of them. We are trying to do necessary changes in order for it to fit requirements of a module posted to SVN. It looks like we need to push these changes to make it available to you.. If you want more information on it don't hesitate to ask.
