Dear Mean,

We discussed briefly in Kigali... the CIEL dictionary already includes maps to 
ICD-10-WHO. We also have a method for translating of using a web interface to 
translate the concepts if you are interested. Have you looked at 
maternalconceptlab.com to search the dictionary as yet?

BTW, Jonathan, I posted a new version of the concept dictionary in the dropbox.
