I'm seeing that in my OpenMRS 1.6.2 when I restart Tomcat a task that I had changed from 7 seconds to 7 hours, gets set back to 7 seconds. And also within global properties a value gets set to true despite the fact that I had it as false. This has happened every time I restart Tomcat or OpenMRS. Any ideas how to fix it?
