A central repository server sync and aggregate all patients data: this way each patient medical record is backed up in the central server In the proposed use case each medical actor in the diagnostic path will insert the usb stick in a PC , sync if possible with the central repository, update the medical record and eventually resync: sync is limited to the availability of internet connection. Do you think it is possible to use or easily adapt OpenMRS to be used in this scenario?
