Hi all We are having problem upgrading to 1.9 this is due to the fact that we have more than 125 million observation. Executing this statement 'ALTER TABLE obs DROP COLUMN 'date_started' during the upgrade process is taking forever.Has any body upgraded to 1.9 and has more than 100 Million obs? We are using tomcat 6.0 and mysql 5.1.
