Thanks Kayiwa and Wyclif, your response has been of create help so far we have increased the max allowed packet and from the logs ( pastebin link <http://pastebin.com/swhZXSLf> ) there seem to be Unexpected end of ZLIB input stream we have made the the update on liquibasechangeloglock as suggested by wyclif on the currently running update process.
