This import is complete. We quickly noticed that adding the driveway to the tower would be very valuable to a technician trying to locate the access road. "Does this dirt path through the trees lead to a random farm field, or to the cell tower"?
As expected, the original data locations varied from nearly on the tower to hundreds of meters. Some could not be located on imagery and were not imported because they may have been removed. Having full information tags on these towers in OSM will make the data much more useful.
